Hunan Xiangtou International Investment
Co., LtdHunan Xiangtou International Investment Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Xiangtou International") is the 1st Sino-foreign joint venture investment company in China upon approval from Ministry of Commerce of the People's Republic of China, and was established by Hunan Xiangtou Holding Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Xiangtou Holding") and foreign merchant Meiya Xiangtou Power Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Meiya Xiangtou") on Sep. 28th, 2005. Xiangtou Holding and Meiya Xiangtou contribute 50% respectively.
As an investment company with developing and operating new energy projects as main businesses,Xiangtou International put its main energy in the power projects having priority scheduling nature and holding shares. Xiangtou International would develop to be an Energy company with rather large scale and sustainable development capacity.
